Teen/Mini Facial

Micro Dermabrasion
This gentle technique is performed with a jet of fine mineral crystals. These crystals are vacuumed across the skin to remove the dead and damaged skin cells and to stimulate the collagen beneath the surface of the skin thus creating better skin tone. It stimulates blood and lymphatic flow to regenerate the epidermal cell structure thereby increasing the skin's elasticity and collagen resulting in skin that is more youthful looking. To obtain maximum results, we recommend a series of six treatments every 10 - 14 days. Monthly treatments may be recommended upon completion of series to maintain results.

Mid Depth Superficial Peels
Light superficial complexion peels are an effective exfoliating, regenerating, and stimulating treatment for a variety of skin problems. The acids used for this treatment can vary depending on skin type and tolerance.

When scheduling these type of treatments you should be prepared to experience skin peeling or flaking. There may be a color change in your skin - pink to red the first day and then a brown tone until peeling occurs. The skin will generally begin peeling in 2-3 days, however peeling can take place anytime for the next 7 days This skin does not always visibly peel. It may take 2-3 treatments for this to happen, however, there are still many improvements occurring to the skin regardless of peeling.

Utilizing the same principles of our Hot Stone Therapy Massage. This deeper and more detailed massage is performed using a deeper massage on specific muscle groups.

Deep Tissue Massage - 55 and 85 minutes
This massage effects the deeper tissue structures of the body, working deeper layers of the muscle tissue to reduce built up tension in the body.

Indulgence Massage - 75 minutes
This massage is 75 minutes of pure pleasure. Your troubles will melt away in our candle lit room, complete with flower pedals, soothing sounds, and your choice of warmed scented oil. This treatment includes a warm towel and a sweet treat to meet all of your senses.

Pre-Natal Massage - 55 minutes
Gentle techniques are applied to relieve back pain and leg cramping, improving circulation. This is a special massage at a time when it is needed the most.

Thai Bodywork - 85 minutes
Incorporates accupressure, yoga, compressions and deep stretching. This work creates fluid movement similar to a yoga experience and is done on a padded floor mat in loose fitting clothes.
